HOW IT WORKS

Easy, our Industrial Coolers are built with extremely strong materials in such way that for the external heat is almost impossible to reach the products inside; and because the perfect 100% thermal insulation does not exist, the little heat that gets in is absorbed by our industrial Ice Packs.

This smart and strong mix of Industrial Cooler and Ice Packs produces a box that can keep the low temperatures for a very long time even in the extreme heat of a dry truck during summer.

Our typical configurations are designed to last 12 to 20 hours for frozen (0°F) products, and 16 to 24 hours for refrigerated (34°F). But we can do longer time with special ones.

The following working cycle diagram explains in detail how all systems operate.

With 12 hours your driver has more than enough time to go on route and distribute your products with peace of mind.

Note that once the truck is back from the route, the Ice Packs are placed inside the walking freezer, and they get ready to use again in 8 hours, meaning overnight.

It is very important to remark that Industrial Coolers do not need to be place overnight inside your walking freezer, the Ice Packs do; but when the times comes to load your products inside the Cooler, then it must be done inside the walking freezer, this guarantees 100% cold chain protection, the body of the Cooler gets a bit chilled down, this helps the protection of the products, and when the door is closed the air inside the Cooler is cold, all these factors together adds up for a better performance.

This means you do not need any more the expensive and complicated refrigerated truck to transport fresh or frozen products.

Typical configurations look as follow:
